President & Physician

Dr. Smith co-founded the practice in 2005, now Evergreen Adult Medicine, where he leads the clinical team and sees patients directly. He earned his M.D. from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed his family practice residency at York Hospital. He is board certified in family medicine and holds current certifications in ACLS, ALSO, NALS, and PALS.

Physician Assistant

Meagan Weaver, PA-C, has practiced family medicine alongside Dr. Smith since 2012. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and her B.S. in Molecular Biology from Juniata College. With more than 20 years of clinical experience in family practice, she is board certified by the NCCPA and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
